Rates

  • $175 for an intake session
  • $150 for a 55 minute session

Insurance

I like to keep things simple and upfront—I’m considered an out-of-network provider at Keely Rodriguez Therapy, which means I don’t bill insurance companies directly. Instead of spending time dealing with insurance paperwork, I focus fully on giving you the best therapy experience possible.

But if you’d like to use your insurance, no problem! I’m happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many of my clients use this option and find it works well for them.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as well as Health Savings Accounts. 

Cancellation Policy

Life happens—I totally get it. If you need to reschedule your session, you can easily do that through the client portal. Just a heads-up though: those peak times (4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM) tend to fill up fast, so frequent rescheduling during those hours might limit availability. If that ever becomes tricky, I’m happy to chat about other options or refer you to another counselor who might have more flexibility.

If you need to cancel altogether, no problem—just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice. That gives me a chance to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a $75 fee.
