Online Therapy for Women in MidLife Across The State of Texas

Online Therapy in Austin, Dallas, Houston & Across the State of Texas

Hi, I’m Keely!

Before I was a therapist, I was a lot like the women I work with now—balancing a demanding career, raising a family, managing the endless details of life… and quietly falling apart inside.

I looked like I had it all together. But beneath the surface, I was anxious, exhausted, and wondering, “Is this really it?”
I know what it’s like to be the go-to person for everyone else—and to feel like there’s no space for your own needs.

Therapy changed that for me. It gave me space to be honest, to unravel, and to reconnect with the part of myself I thought I’d lost.

That experience stayed with me. Eventually, I left the corporate world, went back to school, and earned my Master’s in Counseling—because I knew I wanted to offer other women the kind of support that changed my life.
Now, I help professional women like you stop performing “fine” and start feeling like themselves again—gently, practically, and without judgment.

Down-to-Earth

I'm not your typical cardigan-wearing counselor; I'm more of a bifocal and bluejeans kind of therapist. I don't just nod and smile.

Experienced

As a seasoned therapist who's seen and experienced a lot, I bring a down-to-earth, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy.

Compassionate

I'm ready to roll up my sleeves, grab a cup of coffee, and meet you where you're at in order to address your therapy goals.

Why This Work

Matters to Me

Because I’ve felt the weight, too.
I know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the therapy room—tired, overwhelmed, unsure how to keep going, and wondering if anything will ever actually help.
I’ve done this work in my own life. I’ve faced the inner pressure, the anxiety, the moments of unraveling. And I know what a difference it makes to finally feel seen—not judged or rushed, but truly supported.
I’m not here to give surface-level advice or tell you to “just breathe.” I’m here to walk with you in the real stuff—the messy, complicated, deeply human parts.
Because I’ve lived it. And because I know the relief that comes when things finally begin to soften. When you stop performing and start feeling like yourself again.
This work matters to me because I believe in your capacity to heal—even if you’re not sure it’s possible yet. And I’m here to help you find your way back to that possibility.
